Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind by ensuring that your purchase is protected against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a 5-year warranty on all LiFePO4 batteries purchased through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

The warranty includes the following:

  • Defects in Material or Workmanship: If your battery experiences any failure due to manufacturing defects, we will replace or repair the unit at no additional cost.
  • Performance Issues: If your battery fails to hold a charge or operates below the specified performance standards (as outlined in the product description), we will provide a replacement or repair.
  • Battery Lifespan: Our LiFePO4 batteries are designed to last for 5 years, depending on the specific model. If the battery fails to meet the performance standards before the end of the warranty period, we will replace it.

    The warranty starts from the date of purchase by the original owner.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    The warranty does not cover the following:
    • Misuse or Improper Handling: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation (including physical damage, overcharging, or using the battery outside its specified parameters) is not covered.

    • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, such as dropping, crushing, or exposure to extreme temperatures or environments, is not covered.

    • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications made by someone other than an authorized technician or our support team will void the warranty.

    • Normal Wear and Tear: While LiFePO4 batteries have a long lifespan, gradual degradation of battery capacity or performance over time due to normal use is not covered under warranty.

    • Third-Party Products: Any third-party accessories or components that are used with our batteries are not covered under this warranty.

    Warranty Claim Process:

    If you believe your battery is defective or failing under warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

    Troubleshooting: Our support team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting steps to ensure the issue is related to the battery and not another component. This could include testing the battery in different devices or checking connections.

    Return Authorization: If we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue a email or message and provide instructions on how to return the defective battery.

    Inspection and Processing: Once the battery is returned to us, it will be inspected to verify the issue. If it is determined to be a defect covered under warranty, we will either replace the battery or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    Replacement or Refund: If the warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement unit or a full refund, depending on stock availability and the terms of the warranty.

    Limitations:

    • Humsienk and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages resulting from product use.
    • We are not responsible for damage to any items connected to our products.
    • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
    • This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location.
