Humsienk Shipping Policy

At Humsienk, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth, efficient, and safe shipping experience. Because LiFePO4 batteries are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes, we adhere to strict safety regulations to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. 

1. Shipping Methods and Time

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs, whether you're ordering a single battery or bulk quantities. All shipping is processed through reliable carriers, including UPS GroundFedEx

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping time: 2-5 business days

The shipping will delay for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs for LiFePO4 batteries are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of the order. The cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders for eligible locations within the contiguous U.S.
  • For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico we DO NOT ship currently.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations on shipping lithium-based batteries, please note the following:

  • Battery Regulations: LiFePO4 batteries are classified as “Class 9 hazardous materials” under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines. As a result, special precautions are taken during packaging and shipping to ensure safety.

  • State Restrictions: Certain states may have specific shipping restrictions on batteries. If your order is impacted by such restrictions, we will notify you and provide alternative shipping solutions if available.

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship LiFePO4 batteries within the United States. International shipments are not available at this time due to complex international regulations on shipping hazardous materials.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may not be processed until the next business day.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • All LiFePO4 batteries are carefully packaged in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for hazardous materials. We use special packaging materials that are designed to prevent short-circuiting and other risks during transit.

  • Each order includes proper labeling and documentation to ensure smooth handling and delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
  • If there are any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.

  • Damaged Packages: If your battery or product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and contact our customer support team within 5 business days. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of LiFePO4 batteries and the regulations around hazardous materials, returns and exchanges are limited. We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been opened or tampered with.
  • If you are returning a product, please contact our customer support team for return instructions and a return authorization number.
