At Humsienk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your LiFePO4 battery, we have a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Humsienk purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
What can be returned?
You can return most new, unopened items sold by Humsienk within 30 days of delivery, based on the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
We'll cover the return shipping costs if:
- The item arrived defective and can't be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped the wrong item or to the wrong address.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- The item malfunctioned within the 30-day return period (assuming proper installation and use according to the manual).
Important:
- To receive a refund for defective or damaged items, you must provide photos or videos as proof.
- If the issue can be resolved with a replacement part or simple repair instructions, we'll offer that option before processing a return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your approved return, we'll inspect the item and issue a full refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply.
Customer-paid return shipping:
You'll be responsible for return shipping costs in cases of buyer's remorse or other non-Humsienk errors. We'll provide a pre-paid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Orders with special shipping:
Orders with special shipping offers may have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
After 30 Days:
For items outside the 30-day return window, please refer to our warranty policy for repairs if applicable.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Humsienk customer service via email (service@humsienk.com) for a return address.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
Order Cancellation:
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@humsienk.com.
- You'll receive a full refund within 12 hours if the order hasn't shipped.
- If the order has already shipped, we'll process a refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
